Initiate Request
Visit our returns portal or email our support team with your order ID and images of the product within 7 days of receiving your package.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached; our team will review your request and approve the pickup based on these criteria.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at a scheduled time; please keep the package ready in its original packaging.
Refund or Exchange
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 7-10 business days.
